I grew up watching my mom work her magic in our small kitchen in Perugia, and helping her roll dough on her wood pasta board. My dad worked with farmers, and he would always come home with fresh produce and meats. My mom would transform these products into amazing dishes, that my family would often share with friends with loud and happy dinners!

While my mother cooked, my sister and I pored over ingredients, recipes and dinner wishes. The smells, the stove, the sounds & laughter…
I fell in love with cooking when I was 4, and I’ll never got over it.

When I moved to Portland with my husband and 2 boys, grandma’s pasta machine and my mom’s rolling pin came with me. The kitchen is still my home... and I love sharing food and Italian culture with my friends.
